Board includes:

*Two meals a day (will offer lunch)

* Individual turnout

* We supply Orchard/Timothy hay (with or without hay bag)

* Owner supplies all extra supplements

Currently 14 12x12 stalls

Plenty of fluorescent lighting in hall and stalls

36” ventilation exhaust fan in eaves at each end of barn

Three cross tie areas: 10x12 with concrete floor with mats

Wash rack: 10x12 with hot water, concrete floor and outside drain

Tack room: each boarder has own saddle rack and bridle hook

Tacklockers: each boarder has own locker

Freeze-proof faucets adjacent to each stall for watering
